Quick question.
One thing I forgot about and didn't see, where is the tv over the air antenna and where is the crank to raise it?
None of the pictures show it nor have I seen the roof.
paper work doesn't mention anything about it.

From the looks of the basement, you can now make a slide out drawer that can be slid out both sides to make it much easier to load and unload.

I keep hoping that FR will come out with a non-toy hauler with a side patio feature so I don't have to jump ship in the near future.
The patio is actually a deal breaker for us as it allows us to be "outside" and the dogs not on leashes or restraints.

Looking at that one. I like it, DW not so much. Can't recall why though. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the recliners in the way of the door to patio. But that's a minor thing IMO. She's really a fan of the Heartland BC 3900FLP. I'm working on her though. LOL!
Your new rig looks like it should do you very nicely.

We bought a 2014 320RS from Fun Town RV IN Keene Tx and we love it. Minimum troubles with it. Biggest problem was neither winterizing valves were good so had them replaced under warranty. Might be worth checking them out before its time to winterize. Great RV. Did change out large recliner as it leaves very little wiggle room at dining room table. Safe travels! mikejm
