gray tank size

Would any one that owns a Sabre 33CKTS know what size the two gray tanks are? I didn't even think about it when we purchased but it states 84 gallon worth of gray but that is split between a tank for the kitchen sink and bathroom/shower and I assume that is also the pre-plumb for washer/dryer. I hope it isn't 42 gallons each as we will never fill the kitchen gray and will always over fill the bathroom gray. We have only used the once so far and headed out for a week on Friday. Going to a NP that only has electric so I purchased a 18 gal tote to possibly drain the shower gray tank if needed. On the first trip for 4 days dry camping we filled the forward gray to 2/3 with only 3 showers and yes we take navy showers. I could drain the gray while dry camping in the forest but don't think they will allow it in a camp ground.

thanks for any input.

Gary

It is split into two 42 gallon tanks. My 36QBOK has 3 gray tanks....each are 42 gallons. I fill the front gray tank quick with all the showers (I have a wife and 2 daughters) and the kitchen and outside kitchen/ 1/2 bath gray tank never gets full.

Pirate is right- it's split between the two at 42g each. We also can barely get 4 showers before the tank is showing full. We are long haired freaks.

You can buy a valve that connects to your sewer connection. Close it and then open both grays. It'll equalize the tanks and let you extend your shower tank.

That is what I suspected both the same size. That sure makes a lot of sense to have a kitchen sink tank the same size as a shower tank. :-(

Do you have pictures of the valve to connect them or a link? I would be interested in that. I did buy a 18 gal tote that I figure I would use. Figure since the NP CG has a dump station I would fill the tote and walk it to the dump station to empty as needed.

Thanks, only problem is I have two dumps. The forward dump is for the shower Gray and black tanks. About 3' behind that is another connection that dumps the kitchen gray.
