just got our new 365 Columbus. Love Love LovE it, but husband not happy, cannot figure out the satelite connectors. we have direct t.v. at the camp site, we are seasonal campers there, could use in last t.t. but seems the wires are wired wrong, onlt can get it coax comes from sat. directly thru door and then plug into t.v. does not work with coax inside. someone please help us out.
We have the 320RS Columbus and LOVE it also!!! We are only able to get the sat connection in the main room. Can't get it to the bedroom or basement. Did you try to go through the cable in instead of the sat?? maybe wires backwards??? This is one issue that we have listed to work on. (mind you the list is short)
My husband did have to change the wires around, did get sat. but called the dealer today, withno help, they said you only can get t.v. in the b.r. with ant. but can't have both at one time. we are desperate. where are you in Missouri, we are in illinois. thanks. hope to hear from you agian. thanks again.

We have already talked to dealer about it!! We are in the middle if Missouri about 2 hours due west of St Louis. We get satellite in bedroom through window!! We have a Columbus fb page .....
Although you can get antenna and park cable in both rooms the sat. is usually only wired to the main tv. You would have to run a separate cable to the bedroom for sat. You can't switch the cables and use the cable input(antenna) because the sat. signal will not pass thru the switch at the amplifier. They do make an HDMI signal repeater that will send the signal wireless to the b.r. but they are in the $150 range.
