Saber 31QBBH
We got out of Rv'ing in 2005 and then decided to go back in 2011. After looking for about a year and going to RV shows, we decided on the Saber. We have almost 5 thousand mile on the trailer and have had very few problem. I thought it was cheap on FR not to include a power jack on the tounge for a $30,000 pull trailer. We do enjoy the 2 slides and all the other items that came with the trailer as standard equipment. I would buy again.

31 rets-6
Just got our camper home a couple weeks ago. First fifth wheel and first camper this long. Had a 21 foot aero lite so our new camper is going to feel like home. Hope it still feels like camping. Read some issues with the flooring on the slide outs getting wet so i'm not sure what to be looking for so it doesn't happen to mine. First trip in coming up in a couple of weeks down to shippshewanna. Can't wait

On our Sabre, looking at the outside of the slide, the plywood flooring was exposed about 1/2" front and back below the metal trim and not sealed properly from rain penetration.

We owned our's for 2 1/2 years now and have had numerous issues. We are now living in it full time.
It's a 2009 28RETS, good luck with yours.

I ordered my Sabre REQS about six weeks ago. It came into the dealer Tuesday evening, and I went and looked at it yesterday. It is definitely a nice looking rig. Well dealer has to prep it and make sure all the systems work, and also put the Moryde hitch pin box on that I requested. Then we pick it up next Thursday, the 19th. Can't wait.

Congrats Soxfan1957, I'm happy for you!!! We ordered about 6 weeks ago too and still waiting for ours to come in. Maybe the thermopane window option slowed it down, who knows. When's your maiden voyage?

So mama gets everything she wants in it . If you spend that kind of money might as well have one made for you with the color and options you want.

Our dealer called late yesterday afternoon to inform me our 2013 Sabre 34REQS-6 is in, 7 weeks from ordering it. PDI is this Thursday, same day as yours Soxfan1957! Coinsidence???? Yeah, DW and I are pretty excited. Hopefully all goes well on the walk thru. Sales guy said he did a quick inspection and everything looks good and one of their service techs will go thru it top to bottom, front to back, just to make sure. I'm armed with my own PDI checklist and hoping for the best after reading about the 15 and counting problems SimchaSabre found.

kegoneill,
PDI went well, about 6 interior scratches less than an inch long and I will have to wipe down the puttied nail holes a little better. The good news is no major problems.
There were a few things I noticed different than the 2012 DW and I saw at the dealer.
1. Breaker panel is in the curb side garage instead of right inside the door. Don't know why they changed it's location but I'd much prefer having it inside.
2. Stools are different, much larger and more comfortable than the round ones.
3. No AV hook up panel by the radio. Not a big deal as I'm not a gamer.
Other than that DW and I are very happy with it. Oh yeah, double hung thermopane windows in street slide are only about 11" tall making them a PITA to open/close because they're so close to the floor behind the dinette table and recliners. I'm still glad we went with the T-pane windows though. There are plenty of other windows to open and capture the beeeze and fresh air.
Hopefully your wait will go quickly, but believe me, it's worth it.

Thanks for the update Wiscampsin. I was wondering about the stools, because i have seen both in pictures. I like the look of the round ones better, but i think the other ones would fit our larger seats better

Ordered a 32BHOK-6 a month ago. DW and I are getting 'antsy' waiting its arrival.
This is our 6th RV {tent trailer, travel trailer, travel trailer, motorhome (found out we're 'trailer people' so sold it), travel trailer, and now a 5th wheel}, but first 5th wheel.
Looks like a real active forum...
