We just completed our 4th camping trip so far this year in our Puma 25RS. We have over 25 plus days now of camping out. We use it more than we ever did our Palomino PUP because of the ease of setting up, etc. We love it. I sat in the CG this past weekend and compared it to other TT. I like the way the Puma 25RS has the waterheater, fridge, heater vents on the side other than under the awning. We just have our speakers and light...

Love our Puma

We traded in our old Sportsman Sportster 25 for a Puma Unleashed 298FQU. It's about 3000lbs heavier but a much nicer unit. It tracks great behind the truck.
The unit we bought has the captains chairs in lieu of a bench so it makes playing cards a lot easier (who needs a TV?).

The only problem we have found so far is a floor squeak at the base of the steps to the front bunk.

Our 30DBSS has everything under the awning side unlike yours. So your kitchen is on the opposite side as the entrance door?

Slide out troubles

I own a Puma 21 RBS and am having problems with one side of the dinette slideout. You have to assist it by hand. Anyone know the whereabouts of a shear bolt? Any diagrams floating around? Help...

I would think the shear bolt would be at the motor. Might be binding up. Have the slide bars been lubed?

Fixed it. The shear bolt was under the dinette!

Picked up our new 5th wheel 2013 Puma 295kbh last week, we drove 500+ miles to pick it up. Then went on our 1st camping trip with the new trailer this past weekend and we loved everything about it, so far so good, just a couple of minor issues that we discovered which we will get sorted out but nothing that would stop me from recommending this trailer to someone else.

We just got our new 2011 Puma 20QR two weeks ago... This weekend will be the second camp trip for it... Besides a leaky Thetford toilet valve, all has been good so far...

Congratulations on the new tt. Enjoy.....had to do a search to see the floorplan on it. Be sure to crank everything up in the driveway before heading out. I did mine, still had to remember how to do everything, plus I tried to set up a routine for things that needed to be done. I was on the second or third camping trip when I noticed the little vent door on the side that needed to be open. Always something to learn....

30thss

I am curious if anyone out there has a 30THSS? Can you get a any type of a golf cart in it? I've found one that measures out that it just might fit but without trying it I really don't know.
I am torn between the 30THSS and the 351THSS. I would prefer the 30 but wish they made it as a rear door ramp instead of side.
I wonder if FR would take a custom order?
Thanks for the input.

Don't know how I missed this thread.
We also have a 2013 puma 295kbh 5er and love it! I don't think I could ever not-have an outside kitchen again-love it too!
Wish it had some more storage for outside stuff, and will add a 2nd a/c this spring.
It came in July 24th and we got about 16 nights in it. I hope for more than twice that next year!
