We just picked up a Puma 30-kdb with outdoor kitchen. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but so far everything looks of great quality.

If you are picking up a new one...don't forget to do a really good inspection on it before heading out. My 25RS was used when I purchased it in January. I got it home, ran everything I could on it...had to wait on the air and warm weather to de winterize it. I found a few things that needed attention before going out with it. I even crawled under mine and did a thorough check of everything. I got out a ladder and checked the top. A new one probably needs retorque on the lug nuts etc. Hope you enjoy it....

Yeah it's new but didn't think about checking lugs so I'll do that. Luckily the dealer I got it from has great service. They already sent a guy to my house to fix a spot of caulk that I wasn't fully satisfied with.

Good...dealer. I went one time and picked up a $25 Million aircraft from a manufacturer that has been building them for over 60 years. It still had a few defects that you wouldn't believe. In a manufacturing process, something can always be overlooked. Hope you enjoy your new one....

Finally!!!

Picked up my brand new Puma 27RBSS last night! Well, afternoon into night. Started at 12:30 and didn't leave the dealer until almost 4:30. We went over everything and fixed or documented a few little things and I even showed him some stuff. I.E. the stereo in our unit is bluetooth capable soooooooooo, when we are partying hard in June, we won't miss the call about our second grandchild!!! LOL!

Even spent the night in it in our driveway last night!

Anyone have similar model or exact model that could tell me the hitch height so I can finish putting my weight distribution hitch together?

I would suggest waiting till you got there and have the dealer help .
Just because someone may have your model camper does not mean that they have a different tv . Ride heights would be different there for hitch settings will be different .

I understand that I will have to fine tune the pitch etc based upon my weights etc but to get the rough height to bolt the head on the shank should be relatively the same height for the same model camper.

Woo Hoo ! It's arrived

Western Trailer in Havre MT phoned yesterday. Our new 32BHOK-6 has arrived!
Just in time for a Victoria Day weekend road trip to bring it home.
I've been enjoying this site and learning lots - my first Forest River RV.
