I would like to see the tt and 5th wheel forums split how about you ?

I think it would be beneficial to separate the tt and 5th wheel forum into two separate forums
what do you think ?

For what it it is worth, my vote is "NO". The only difference is in the hitch. We keep the brand specific, and if it is a hitch problem, there is forum for that already. If they have the same name, 5th wheel or bumper pull, they may come off the same line, or not, but regardless, will be handled by the same warranty department, and have the same appliances. I understand your question, but most of the problems and questions on here are not bumper pull or 5th wheel specific. Most are electronic, or appliance problems, so I vote "NO".

I vote no. Because I currently own a TT and I am seriously considering a FW in the future. I have found out a lot of info on FW that had it not been for this forum would not of know.Like making sure your rigg is locked before you pull away.tricks on stabilizing just to name a few. Also it seems the majority of FW owners Have been Through the whole tent ,popup,TT thing. As most of us do.So they have a wealth experience and knowledge they can bring to us[ the future Fw owners] SO keep on keeping on FW owners

Why not put tt's in the toy hauler section? Only difference is the rear door?

what does your comment or vote no have to do with splitting
The tt and 5ers into two forums?

Why does it matter about which warranty dept?
why does it matter which line they come off on?

Fifth wheels generally tow different.
There's PLENTY OF hitch specific questions.

Ty for your comments

To much cross information would be lost. I'm also guessing that a lot of us 5th owners owned a tt at one time and can be of help.

I concur. Most technical issues are the same from TT to FW to TH.

Nice try F1100tubo. I once suggested that Sabre be broken out and someone ripped my head off. I really thought it would help customers to have Sabre, Columbus and Palomino Ultra lights broken in to differnt forums since they are built in different plants and supported by totally differnt people. Right now we have everything together which is just like having all the Forest River brands in one forum: Wildcat, Cardinal, Cedar Creek, Salem, Wildwood, Rockwood, Flagstaff..........................But hey, what do I know. Thanks again for looking outside the box. Thanks for you support of the forum.

I guess we think alike!
I think imo that peeps just want to look at one section
for broad info and not so much at a unit specific forum.
I very seldom go into specific forums since everythings ALL GROUPED together.
I use the recent post section to the right and new posts tab at top.

Some people just can't deal with change

How do you answer this question with a YES or NO?
I think the TT & fivers should remain together as I get good information that applies with both; and I give good information that can sometimes apply to both.

Couldn't you go to each and get the same info if they were separated?

I get great info from the whole site does that mean all
forums should be lumped together?

I have to concur with your thesis as well.It was only by owning TT 's and doing more research on sites as this, that we then later purchased our fiver. Of course as some would say,"Just my .02!

My vote would be no also as I have had a pop-up (Apache Ramada) a TT (Salem) and now a fiver (Flagstaff) and may not have if it weren't for all
the knowlege i've gotten from this forum, my thanks to all who contribute.

I can't figure out the question. Should it be separated or remain combined. That can't be answered with a yes or no.

But I think it should remain combined.

seems like ( to me ) 85 % or maybe more.. of the questions people ask would include TTs and 5vers..and probably a lot of class "C"...and hybrid campers..keeping it all together can help more people with similar issues ??
