inverter

I have a new 320 with the wf 5100 inverter. The problem I have is the inverter shut itself off while going down the road after a period of time.The only way I cane get it to come pack on is unplug it and recycle the on/off switch. I ran the inverter the other day for 3 hours while not hooked up to the truck and it worked fine. It also works ok when on shore power. Also the green and yellow light on the inverter are also working properly. Any ideas?

i have a little different but i did notice mine did shut off the other day as well but we were parked at a site. i noticed when on shore power if I plug in the inverter it would trip the gfi on my garage outlet. i think the inverter is bad but dealer is not sure. I told them then why have it if you have to leave the inverter on all the time it should only be needed when driving not hooked to shore power. they have it today to look at it but just wanted you to know mine to did shut off once and I had to reset it as well. good luck
