It used to be sabreSam but he quit palomino. I haven't seen a replacement from palomino come through yet. Wildcat Chris is gone too but bclemens is still on the forums. bclemens does mostly MH I believe but he may be able to help you.

A friend of mine bought a '14 Columbus 320rs in the spring. It's been in the shop for 2 months and they've been getting the run around from the dealer and the parts department at FR. They are looking for some help in resolving the issues with the 5er so they can get back to camping.

Tell them they're not alone. Three months now waiting on parts, three months. This after I tired of waiting, picked it up and took it camping with a leaking window.

I hear it's industry wide, but I'm experiencing it with FR now. I looked into trading it off, they offered me a number nearly $20K below what I paid 10 months ago, $37K below MSRP.

Buyers remorse sucks. Yet I keep hearing how wonderful FR is and how they'll do anything if I just attend the rally in Goshen. Yeah, I'm interested in burning over a week of vacation time and $1,500 to get things fixed.

I love the camper, but this getting stuff done problem blows.

I too have issues with my sabre but my dealership has been great getting me help quickly and even helping me over the phone. Some of my issues were too much for the dealership so my sabre is going back to the factory for repairs. I can't say enough good things about how both my dealership and FR/palomino have stepped up to the plate for me. I was unlucky in getting a bad day rig but very lucky that people are helping me get it taken care of. Sabre Sam will get you the help your friend needs.

I'll send it before noon tomorrow. Thank you so much. The dealer is not being very nice to them either, actually down right rude. Makes me regret buying my Sunseeker from them last week before I knew about this. :-/
