Is there a PUMA rep on the board?

Is there a PUMA rep on the forums? I am wanting to add a window and a roof vent in our the bunkhouse and want to make sure there is nothing that will cause a problem (wiring, framing, etc.). If there is not a rep, does anyone have a contact at PUMA that is actually interested in helping? The last couple I talked to could/would not even answer the basic questions of what size are each of the gray water tanks and what is hooked to each one. Anyway, I do not want to cut into this trailer and run into a stud or a cross member, so knowing some structural information would be very helpful.

Don't think there is a Puma trip here. I've talked to Puma on the phone and through email and they were helpful but just depends on who answers the phone.
