Scott, It looks like the front arms are backwards. I think the slide part of the arm is suppose to be on the bottom.

\Yes they are I had to mount them like that because there is not enough clearance from the frame and the Pad where the bolt goes through, I did not have a grinder with me when I went out to put them on, I will fix them either today or tomorrow. I just put them on for the time being cause I did not want to lose any parts

Looks like it would be handier with them on the top. I hate having to stoop down and tighten them cuz I'm getting old and a lot lazier. I may modify my homemade ones to mount mine like that.
