LED lamp not working

I just had my first LED ceiling light go out in my 32RCTS-6 Sabre. Upon examination there seems to be a Driver assy. and the LED LAMP. The driver assy. is:

Sunlink LED Driver
Model: LDS05C35
Input 10-28 volts
Output 350 mA

WEB searched has not produced anything for me.

The lamp is labeled as in the picture:

Lamp 12 volts DC

1) Is there any way to figure out whether it is the driver or lamp. I tried to get the driver out but the 2 screws holing it in do not want to back out. Everything looks soldered.

Does anyone know where I might get replacements other than FR?
