Looking at trading my 09 Fleetwood Bounder for 5th wheel trailer and need some help.

We have always had motorhome but now looking at buying a 5th wheel trailer. We have got down to 2 units The first one is a 2014 Columbus 385BH and the 2nd one is a 2014 Sierrra 365SAQ. Not knowing much about 5th wheels can someone please help. I know both are built by Forest River and I never like there motorhomes, but there 5th wheel campers fit our needs. Out of the two is one better built then the other. The Columbus is about $11,000 more but it looks a little better built. Please help
