Looking for SolAire owners help

Hi All,

We have a 2013 Palomino SolAire Eclipse 269 BHDSK with the white Gel coat exterior. We love the layout and look of this trailer, but we have had some major issues with it. The main one is the slideouts leaking when they are extended. I was wondering if anyone who owns a Solaire could chime in on if my slide construction is the same as theirs. I have posted a picture of the top of the slide, and the gap between the interior trim piece and the pebbled roof. When we even get light rain, the water comes in this gap and runs onto the carpet. My dealer has run a bead of some sort of caulking to seal it for now, but im just trying to see if the gap is normal. And also, if yours is like this, watch out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We took out our 269BHDSK last week for the very first time and had some real torrential rain and some long steady rain (almost a day). We found 1 very tiny water leak that we'll ask our dealer to fix, it was between the 2 windows on the drives side slide, behind a trim piece.

Other then that our seals on the slides outs worked perfectly.

The only difference between our 2 units is I have the Eclipse package which should have no barring on the slide out construction.

Ok, thank you for looking. Im hoping that I have been through the worst, and can now begin to enjoy the rest of the season with no more leaks.
