Maintenance for Columbus 365RL

Well I have had the Rv for 3 years now and figure there has to be some Maintinance that needs preformed with the sides, axles and ????? What is the list and how do I complete them? I haven't done anything with the slides yet... Axles I have greases but I could tell the breaks were getting weak.

Have you checked the caulking around?
Also, when I was at the factory, they recommended CRC White lithium grease for the slide gear.
I'm sure others will have some suggestions

I'm trying to understand your question. If you meant how to do it, there are some videos in YouTube.

Clean and lube all rubber seals around my slides yearly. Some have said to powder them but I do not. Lube the landing gear. Electric ones have grease zerts inside upper arm. Very hard to reach. Hydraulic ones need motor oil on the sleeves . I remove the top caps on my landing gear to pump in some grease there too. Spray the rear stabilizer and all stems on dump valves twice a year. Additionally, I spray lubricant in my front door latch too. Don't forget to lube the roof antenna (gear) with spray lube.

You have to remember Lippert uses plastic bushings in all of the suspension swivel points. They typically are worn out in 6 months.
Wash, wax, inspect roof and all seams and reseal as necessary. Lube slide out components. Your good to go then.
