Need help - No water

Came to Oklahoma for a funeral and had to bring the 5th wheel due to room availability. I knew it was going to get cold so I brought the heated water hose. Never camped in the cold before.

Get here and it's in the 40's hook up the electric hose and turn on tank heaters. Hooked up just like I would in the summer time.

The next morning the hose and spigot are froze solid. Got down to near 20. So I unhooked the hose and poured hot water on the spigot. Everything worked. Took a regular hose and filled the tank and then just left the water in the bathroom running.

Last night in lieu of leaving water running unhooked and left pump on and just planned on running off the tank for washing hands flushing toilet etc.

This morning no water from the pump. I hooked back up to city water and turned the valves to city and no water. When I turn them to fill the tank I hear water going in the tank so I know I am getting water to the trailer.

Why is neither the pump nor the city connection getting to the faucet? Where should I start??? Appreciate any help!!!

It's frozen. Open your cabinets and get some heat around your plumbing lines and cross your fingers
