new 5th wheel

I consider myself a seasoned camper, but totally a newbie in the 5ver world. after 20 years of owning tents, then travel trailers I pulled the pin a new to me 2014 palomino puma 253fbs fifth wheel. I didn't want a massive 40 footer to start with, coming in at only 27 feet, its the perfect couples trailer for myself and my wife. put a deposit down and will be picking it up this Friday. excited and alittle nervous as well.

I think you'll enjoy how easy fws back up with a little practice. Especially with yours being a 27 footer, with the amount that's over the bed, you may have a shorter overall length than your previous tts. Welcome from western, PA!

Congratulations on the new digs. Mine is 30', so a couple of feet longer than yours. I love it though over my old TT. I will say though, the first time towing it (home from the dealer), looking out the back window at that huge wall was a little intimidating. I quickly grew used to it though. I think you will too.

Congrats on the new rig. I think if it all works when you get it...you will be happy.
