problems need help!!

I just bought a used 2010 Puma 30FQSS. I am having 2 problems that if anyone has input to help me it is much appreciated.

1st problem: THe Concertone ZX50, I cant seen to get any power to it, checked the fuse and its still good. Will it only work if it is connected to shore power? OTherwise is there anything else I should look for. THe previous owner said they used it the last time they camped in it and it worked fine.

2nd problem:It is equipped with a PowerCenter. I have it plugged to the house but it doesnt seen to be charging the battery.. what am I doing wrong. I thought it was automatic since its a 3 way system.
Thanks for any help,
Brandy

So I am trying to understand if you are saying the radio DOES work when shore power plugged in.

The radio is 12V so if you are having problems with your charging system and your battery is not charging that will affect the radio.

Brandy, are you fairly certain that battery is good? You will need a good 12v source to power lots of things in the camper, the power converter when plugged in will maintain a charge to a known good battery, however if that bat is dead, or close to it, You will need to charge it up to a good operational state first. A low battery supply causes all sorts of weird things in the camper, but once corrected, they all go away, and USUALLY everything's fine. Randy
