Just took delivery of ours 2 weeks ago. The under bed storage is much deeper without the drawers. Personally, I'd rather have a larger more flexible space than dealing with the shallow storage and a couple small drawers. The queen bed raises easily so far (easy enough that it was hard to lift the mattress to make the bed the first time, the platform kept raising up as soon as we took weight off it!). -) Love the trump mattress, I honestly prefer it over our sleep number bed at home.

Welcome Mazeracer! What do you guys have in the storage space under the bed? Will the two folding chairs fit in there? I'm offshore for another week and a half and its killing me! I've got a ton of things to do to it when I get home to get it ready for longer trips.

Folding chair storage

Thanks! Wow, you must be going nuts having a beautiful new trailer waiting for you. I did fit one of the folding chairs under the bed, but couldn't fit both since the legs stick up. Other than that I have trailer literature, a tiny charlie brown Christmas tree, some seasonal clothes, and a couple blankets squished into space bags for when people visit. It really holds quite a bit under there, much more than the shallow storage in our previous Big Country 2950RK.

Since 98% of the time there is only 1 or 2 of us, I just slid the extra folded chair back against the wall on it's side under the back of the table. It's out of the way there, but still accessible. I have just been leaving the table extended because there is plenty of room to get around it. There is probably also room to put the other folding chair in on its side behind the theater seats if that is what you have. Would have to make sure you can still recline, but it shouldn't be an issue. We slid our theater seats out a bit from the wall so they would recline and we just left it there and had the dealer move the travel hooks for the island over a bit so we can run both slides in without having to move the theater seats back when we travel.

Our 2013 also came with a smart TV which was a nice surprise!

That's a good idea. Will give it a look when I get home. I think I'm going to add the Rubbermaid fast track system in the storage compartment along the front wall. Be able to hang hoses and such plus there's a basket that'll come in handy too. I like to try and organize everything so its easier to access. I hate having to unload half the storage area to find or reach what I need. Used a couple of nice totes in the front compartment since its more open to the weather on the bottom.

That fast track system sounds like a great idea. Will have to check that out. I've found that (for me) organization is the key to me having a happy experience. Hate wasting time looking and digging for what I need.

I definitely owe you a thank-you for getting me thinking about all that wasted space behind the theater seats. I woke up this morning and decided to closer look look at it, and there was more than enough room to fit both chairs. I put them in with the chair legs facing each other in the middle. Can't even tell they are back there and they are easy to get to. Seats still recline all the way no problem.

I uded these Tap Mount by John Streling from Menards, there are many different kinds of hooks and bins that you can mount on these.

Good info on the chairs behind the theater seats! More than likely put ours there also. After all if you need them they'll be right there instead of the bedroom.

The fast track system I've been looking at online looks durable and very easy to change up if needed. The hooks seem to lock in place but you can move them around without tools which I like.

Mazeracer, totally agree. I had a system of totes I used in our TT. Pretty organized but it still upset me to have to pull out everything when I wanted something from the middle. Now that I've got room I'm going to be a little OCD on this one.
