I've heard of a shower door breaking during transit because it was not secured, but mine has operated very well.
Why not drop "Christopher Columbus" a message as he is a factory rep and might provide more insight to your question.

is anyone elses shower door on the320RS mounted wrong? The openings between the doors should be so the the inside door overlaps the next door to the outside away from the shower head, mine is open towards the shower head letting water to spray thru and onto the floor, been waiting for Palomino to come up with a fix so my dealer can do something about it---- CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS--- where are you????

our doors are hung the same way but they have seal strips on them to prevent water from going.

My 320RS also has vertical rubber strips on the shower doors to prevent water from passing between the doors.

If your shower door has no protective or faulty
wiper strips , then your dealer can get them from
Columbus parts dept.

my shower door is the same but the problem was that the bottom track was installed backwards .So when water got into the track it would drain into the bathroom floor Northgate RV in Ringgold Ga was very promp and repaired it on site even though it was 60 miles away from them
