Looked good from the research I did. Not many complaints I could find. They have been in business over 50 years. Plus it came with it! So no complaints from us!!

We ordered a 320rs at the Denver show 2 weeks ago. A mfg. sales rep was there and mentioned that they are now putting screen doors on the units. The window in the door will not open once they make the change. Also told us they are looking at changing the slide out mechanism for the bedroom slide out because or failure issues with the motors of the current design. If they do that he said it would take the space currently being used the two drawers under the bed so those would go away. It will be interesting to see how ours will be configured since he did not know if our when the change would occur. He also said ours would be the smart tv for the main room and the bedroom if we chose the bedroom tv option. I originally chose the tv for the bedroom option but changed my mind when I saw the $760 price tag. Figured I could get my own tv for half that price. I did order the strong arm stabilizer option and the trailaire pin box. Not the airbag version, but the one with the rubber pad in it. Anybody have experience with this pin box or the strong arm stabilizer system?

The rep actually said they were having too many problems with the current bedroom slide motors?
Wow, information like that is usually hush hush.
Hope my motors hang in there.

So far I love the way our bedroom slides work - I've often wondered why they don't use that same technology for the main slides.

Oh well - all the more reason to be happy for the extended warranty - "peace of mind".

The change of slide motor is not due to many failures. It is being changed for a stronger motor.
Just an ongoing upgrade of products available.

Thank you for clarifying the motor change. I certainly appreciate that you follow these forums. I am certainly looking forward to our trailer arriving. Do you have any updates on the surround sound issue? Specifically not being able to play the sound from the tv through the speakers only the DVD?

I agree with you rjshiflet about the slide out design. Our current trailer has the type of system that is on your slide out and I really like it. Seems smoother and more compact. I should have clarified that Columbus hasn't had big problems, but that other units in the industry apparently have and Palimino is just tying improve their products and prevent any future claims. I don't mean to disparage Columbus in any way. Sorry of it seemed like that. After all I am buying one
