Phone number for Columbus Warranty?

Does anybody have a phone number for warranty questions on a Columbus. Also has anybody had any problems with the latch on the tv mount releasing and damaging the tv. Ours released while traveling on a rough road and swung open and cracked the screen. We are now missing about 20% of our picture.
