plastic trim on columbus 320 rs entertainment slide

I have owned my Columbus for 2years now most of the year parked on A lake .we pull it out and take grid in late fall and early spring so the slides have not been in and out a lot .the last time I put it in I noticed a piece of plastic on the right hand side of the kitchen slide was loose there was also some cracking and piping sounds .I put the slide back out and went outside and noticed the plastic glide on the underneath corner was cracked and mangled .any one else ever had this problem ?

The same thing happened on our first trip with our 320RS a few days ago. My wife extended the same slide and heard crackling sound and the black plastic piece on right side edge cracked into a couple of pieces and broke off. I looked underneath outside. On the cross bar extending across the length of the slide held on with bolts, the right end had dropped about 3/4". I tried to tighten up the bolt, but could not do much (probably too much weight with slide out). Dropped it off at the dealer on the way home.

This was something that Sabre's had a handful of people here on the forum with issues:

Does the piece look like that?
