Well... I just ordered my new 5er. It will be a 2017 Puma Palomino 297RLSS
They said 6 weeks...I figure 8-ish. I have looked on-line and local for something that fit our requirements of weight, layout, needs and most importantly PRICE. We had a Palomino before and were happy with it. Only small things we wanted to change. We had to sacrifice two major things...outdoor kitchen and bunk house. We used the kitchen(mostly the fridge)(ordered a larger refrigerator one on this one). We are going to P/U when ready so maybe if there are issues I can have them resolved before we leave. I ordered from RV Wholesalers-Paul. So far the procedure has been very pleasant and only minimal sales pressure. Praying for patience and success in our purchase. We got just about all options available except the surround sound, 2nd TV(wal-mart). I even got rain guards, JT strong arms and an upgrade mattress(prolly still need topper)

more living space

Congrats. Waiting is the hardest part. We got the Columbus by Palomino and love it. When it came in there was a blind that didn't work correctly and the MaxxAir fan did not work. Both were fixed by Camping World before we even went to do our PDI. Everything else has worked great. Casters on the movable island failed but not until we had over 4000 miles on it.

Hope it comes in closer to the 6 weeks for you.

I literally wore out the brochure waiting for our factory ordered Sabre to arrive.

Well... Brad just called... the trailer will be there tomorrow. I am scheduled to P/U next Wednesday at 10A.. I am waiting on the rest of the paper work and we will be OFF!!!

Wow - Congrats!!! Enjoy, we're breaking ours in this weekend so so far this has been the LONGEST WEEK EVER!
