Question for Columbus owners with king beds

Can any of you tell me if the Columbus with king bed has a nightstand/table and if there is an outlet on either side of the bed near the headboard?

Thanks!

We do NOT have the king bed. BUT.... there is an outlet on both sides of the bed on the walls...... the one on the closet side is the one I commonly refer to as the dumb plug. Not well thought out. Had to purchase an extension cord with a flat plug to use it.

We have a King bed in our 320RS.
There are no bed side tables. There are outlets on each side, though the one on the right side (near the closet) is not the easiest to use.
There are verticle shelves on each side.

We have now moved the outlets to a position more user friendly. This comes from Columbus owners feedback . Feedback that we treasure and actually respond to if we can.

How much room does the 'king' option leave between the walls and the bed? Can a person still walk around along the sides?

About 11" on one side and 14" on the other, if I remember correctly. I usually side step as it is easier to manuver. To us it is well worth having the King size bed. You will get use to the space between the bed and the wall, especially in the middle of the night. We also installed a 3" memory foam mattress topper which really improved the comfort of the bed. We should have ordered the upgraded mattress, but was too cheap, I mean price conscience.

Are there night stands beside the Queen sized beds? It looks like it in some of the pictures.

I would not call them tables.......... more like shelves. Can set your phone.... possibly a cup of coffee if you are careful........Remotes sit there also!

We have the king size mattress but there is quite a bit of overhang of the mattress versus the platform board underneath. It makes it difficult to sit on the edge of the bed and now Im wondering if we have a queen board with our king mattress.
How many inches of mattress extend beyond the platform board for other 320rs owners?

Thanks

Just noticed that today - I have queen mattress. The foot end of the bed is hard to sit on as the mattress overhangs the support board - my guess is a few inches on the sides and maybe 6" on the foot end. I can't imagine how a king mattress would fit between the little mini nitestands. Gotta be no room at all between those and the sides of a king mattress.

I bought a 4" memory foam topper. Expensive but well worth it!!!

If you get the King bed, you don't get the mini nightstands.
