Replacing Light Fixture

The bathroom light fixture quit working and I need to replace it. It is standard fixture double light. I can't figure out how to get the wires from the ceiling disconnected from the fixture. The black one goes to a terminal that I can just pull off but the white wire is going into the back of the part that holds the bulb. Please help or direct me to some instructions with pictures. At 64 showering in the dark isn't fun.

Update to light fixture

The wires coming out of the ceiling were actually the wires from the fixture. You can't get to the connection to where the wires from the fixture connect to the trailer wiring because they wired it then put the ceiling on.
So using suggested wirecutters, I have cut fixture wires and will attach new fixture wires to those.
