Rockwood 8289WS

In 2015 I bought a new Cherokee 30' 5er. I'm considering a Rockwood 8289WS because I ally like allot of the upgrades from mine. It's a new 2017 and would appreciate any inputs. Thanks

I love the Rockwood Brand and quality. Had Rockwoods for the last 6yrs and plan on staying with them as long as the wife agrees and finds the right layouts as we move on. Great quality compared to others.

Just be aware that after after Sept 2016, the 2017 model of the 8289 went through a fairly big change. You may like the changes, some won't. The new ones now have bedroom slide on opposite side and the bedroom wardrobe has sliding mirror as opposed to the nicer doors it previously had. The bathroom linen is now also included in that bedroom slide. The bathroom sink is moved over to the wall meaning your bathroom door is now always in the way.
And they added a pantry in the kitchen. Some will love this...but it means you lose the bit of counter space that was beside the stove. And the couch is smaller now as well in order to accommodate the pantry. Microwave has moved to be overtop the stove now.
This is the biggest change the 8289 has seen in a number of years. Some 2017's will be the previous style and the post sept 2017's are the new one.
We had a 2014 that we loved, and were thinking in 2017 perhaps we would upgrade to a new one. Once we saw the new floorplan, I started looking around and found a few 2016's and pre Sept 17's around, so we made the move right away, and got the last 2016 our dealer had.
Not sure if you knew this but thought I would point it out.
We love the 8289 and all that it offers and how it is to tow.

Thanks for the input. I'm actually looking at the early 2017. I like it better as well for the same reasns
