My Truck manages quite well, but you should be leaps ahead with a diesel. I did add air bags and keep them around 55 psi when hooked up.
The basement is huge. plumbing is there, but up out of the way. I keep a 6' folding table, four large camp chairs and 5 bag chairs along with a 4 gal air comp., 160' of fresh water hose, misc tools, water jug, basket with liquids (bug spray, aerosols, etc) fishing poles in mounts, tackle gear, shore cords and adapters, 2 sets lynx blocks 12 different sizes of 12x12 plywood stacks, firelogs, etc etc etc. I'll try and snap a couple more pics tomorrow. I can't say enough great things about ours, and even though its only a few months old, we use it tons. Love the space and completely open patio side. Awning is great, outside kitchen is a must, and I haven't met a gal camper yet that isn't overly jealous of the walk in pantry.
Can you tell I used to be in sales....
