Sabre Factory Repairs

Just got home from picking our 2013 Sabre 31CKTS from the factory in Goshen, up due to a delamination problem on one of the slides. There were a few other smaller issues too. I just want to say thanks to Gary Grigsby, the Warranty Manager for all he did to resolve our issues. We still have one open problem, but Gary and Josh, the plant manager are going to work with their vendor to resolve, and we will get fixed when we return from Florida in the spring. However after today we would definitely purchase another Forest River product in the future.

My wife did find a 5er she likes better, but I told her NO! Thanks Gary, Josh and team!

Did they ever say what caused your delamination problem by any chance?...

No , they have not determined the cause yet. It was a small spot in upper corner of slide out.
