Sabre tbok issue

Has anyone had this issue. Found it today. outside under the bunkhouse I found a nylon strip ripped out. It appears to protect the floor inside from damage. Well, when I went inside I found the floor torn. I bought the unit in March of this year (2013) and so far have been very disapointed.

I'm sure the nylon piece can be repaired but I am concerned about the floor. I don't want it "patched". Bringing it to the dealer for this and many other issues. One other "burning" issue is in the bunkhouse backwall, the seam where two pieces of "plywood" meet came undone. Now there is a big seam visible the entire length of the back wall where it is uneven due to the plywood no longer being bonded together. Thoroughly dsgusted and I am ready to call the BBB because I am on the hook for a 45K note. What will the rig be like in 5 years from now?

If anyone has had the same issue(s) as me please fill me in

The strip you referred too is probably white, correct? If so, mine came loose as we'll. Fortunately, I caught it in time, and re attached it with extra screws after talking with Sabre Sam.
PM him if your dealer isn't helping

Did you fix yourself or Dealer do the repair?
I just came across the same issue but can't figure how to access screws to do repair myself...?

Fixed as best I could. I'll see what my servicing dealer thinks.

This what my 2013 Sabre Silhoutte 291BHTS has done. It is going back to the dealer next weekend. I'm anxious to hear what they say.
