Shower door loose roller

I have a 2017 Columbus 383FB and the triple sliding shower door has a roller loose, how does one get to the roller to tighten? My unit is not updating on the signature box.

I had to drill a hole in the top rail big enough for a screwdriver to fit in. I removed the screw, put locktite back on it and replaced. 4 years and still tight

Since my door was hanging on one roller, I just titled it a bit and was able to reach up there with a ton of patience and put the nut on the back of the roller. It took about 10 minutes. Like SYE, he probably looked at removing the top cap of that slider bar to get in there but the cap is all part of the slider so no dice. It is also heavily caulked so I didn't wan to mess that up.
Drilling an access hole is a great idea too.

Thank you, I see that will work. Did you ever find an assembly drawing on these doors. I would like to get one. Thanks again

We have the same trailer. Is there heat other than the propane heating system? If so, how do I turn it on??

About the heater

I have a wall thermostat the allows me to choose gas or electric. The gas works as always. The electric is supplied by an electric element in the AC unit. The floor unit comes on at the same time. I have been told that this to help in the circulation of air. Not too efficient. It is not a heat pump.

The shower doors are terrible. We are taking it out. Dh pulled up the bottom railing and its moldy but there was no way to clean it. Ton of caulking too. Still leaked under.
