Shower doors
Palomino
320RS.
3 door shower doors are stuck
Middle door is stuck to the front door. They are in their slides but do not separate from each other allowing full closure of all 3 doors.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks, mikejm

Hit it hard with a hammer. Squarely in the middle.
I assure you, it'll come unstuck.

Oh man, my follow post didn't show. mikejm, how do you mean they're stuck together? Like the glass pieces themselves are stuck?
Can you take a plastic putty knife and slide it between them?

No stuck together at the top. They won't pass each other at the top but appear to be in their correct slides.

Are you able to take and post pictures? I can take some of mine and we can compare notes. If they're in separate tracks, I don't see how they can't work...

It looks like they are both in the same slide. Look at them on the front side (toward the shower head). Be careful the metal is sharp.

Found a loose screw on middle door. Quite deal to fix. Took top bar off, doors off slides to tighten screw. Routine maintenance lesson learned. Thanks to all who pitched in trying to help. mikejm

I have the same issue. How hard was it to take off the top rail and the doors, and to replace them? I have unscrewed the top rail and attempted to remove. but seems to be at least a 2 man job.

I know this is a little old but I am sure that more will have this issue. Yes its a 2 man job. Not real hard but to much for 1 person. You just unscrew the screws on each end of the top rail and lift it out. I turned mine and took it out into the kitchen area where there is more room to work.
I actually had my middle door come off the rail. Come to find out the screws just came out. Not sure where they went. Either way....Called SEA (Shower Enclosure of America). Well actually I emailed them because I could not get thru on the phone. info@seamerica.com or 800-536-7324 They are in Ontario, California. They replied to my email quickly and gave me a call. They just asked me some simple questions describing my setup and then offered to send me new screws and rollers free of charge. Very pleased with that customer service!!

Thanks for the update. We just purchased a Columbus with the same doors. The first day the top screw for the middle door came out and we have lost another since. Bad design. How is it holding up since you did the repair?

Really good. Call them up and they will send you replacement parts. Then just get them tight. If I bought a new one today the first thing I would do is tighten up those rollers.
