Columbus 320Rl Shower Doors

I am unable to close the shower doors on our shower enclosure. It seems that the middle door has become jammed by something in the top track mech. The only resolve that I can see is the remove the top support rail from the shower and take the doors completely off of the track. This would allow me to be able to perhaps see what is causing the jam. Has anyone had this problem and/or has a better suggestion?

Probably the small "catch" that pulls the center door closed. Have not had mine off but ht can't be too difficult. Go slow and take pix so you know how it all fits back.

I had something similar happen to mine. The plastic roller on the middle door came unscrewed from the door but was still in the track causing problems. Had to take the door off to fix.

When you say you had to take to doors off how did you go about it. I am assuming that the top aluminum frame where the door rails are mounted in would have to be removed. Is this the way you went about it?

Thanks for the helpful suggestion and thanks in advance for your anticipated answer.

I took mine to the dealer under warranty. He said it was a pain handling the doors and he had to take the top rail off. You can get some good info on the Columbus Group on Facebook. Folks there have taken the door off and know the details.
