Shower stall floor in our 2010 32 Foot Sabre TT feels week.

We purchased a 2010 32 Sabre TT from a private individual. We love the TT, but the shower stall floor seems weak is is actually supported by some wood with compressed sytrofoam on top of them which we can see by removing the access panel. Is this normal and if not, how can we make the floor more solid. We are afraid we are going to go right through the floor of the shower stall.

Thanks for your help,

Gene and Fern

I have the same trailer with the same problem-soft shower floor. I so far have not had any problems with cracking or leaking. Knock on wood. We take showers pretty regularly in it. We are going on 4 years use.

Is it styrofoam or expanding foam? ( ie: from can). If it is expanding foam, builders use this all the time to stabilize and fill in gaps for all our home showers and tubs..
