Slide issue on Columbus 383FB

We have just purchased a 2018 Columbus 383FB....had a problem today with the One Control system operating the door side slide, off door side slide and bedroom slide....I was in the middle of bringing all my slides in and after doing two, it simply quit....I can operate all slides using the manual switches in the basement.....all fuses in the breaker box look good....I've reset the One Control system....I've unplugged shore power as well as disconnect batteries and then turned that all back on....Someone in a Facebook post mentioned other fuses that aren't in the breaker box.....any help as to where mine might be???

Slide problem solved!!

Came home from church and started my search for more fuses and I found them....On our new 2018 Columbus 383FB, which has the One Control system, look in the cabinet in the bedroom just as you go up the stairs....take off the screwed on cover at the bottom and there's plenty to choose from....even more pieces of the One Control system.....found a 30 amp fuse blown that powers the slides to the One Control system and not allowing the slides to operate....problem solved until I blow it again.

I have the same problem. When we got home after a great trip the slides would not go out, not even one. They did work with the manual switches down below. Also the rear awning will not operate, the main awning does work. I will look at the hidden stuff tomorrow. It would be soooo nice if the manufacture would have some info in these matters. Thanks for the help. I have a 2017 383fb hope they did not change the location.

You are lucky to have the manual switches. Ours only has one control system!! Some 17's came with both and some did not.

Yes, we have no manual switches for the awnings, outside lights, kitchen, living room and bedroom ceiling lights, and slides. Can't wait for one control to fail. The dealer said it was a factory change. I wish I had known some have the manual too. Would have bought that one!!!

As a follow up to my original post......our dealer, along with Columbus customer service and Lippert have fixed the blown fuse/slide failure problem...it took three weeks but with Columbus customer service pushing, the dealer finally got it out the door and back to us.....we've now spent 19 nights since then and all has gone good...replaced various parts, actuators, motors, etc., on the door side slide.

fuses found

I want to thank you for the picture and info on the location of the 30 amp fuse. In your last post, the "fix" for the fuse problem was done by the factory. Does this mean that they are going to notify all owners? I wonder if this type of info is passed down to ALL of the dealers

It was in the hands of the dealer the entire time with Columbus customer service providing assistance....my thoughts was the slide was in a bind and causing the motor to ramp up blowing the fusing at the end of the inward travel....Factory suggested all parts to be replaced since it was under warranty...the dealer had told me they had it working without blowing the fuse before all the parts were replaced...what they did to accomplish that , I do not know.....we've been out in it over 25 nights now without any problems.......Have you continued to have the problem with blowing the fuse?
