Sofa slump

The sofa in my 2014 320RS broke on the second day we were out on our 11 day maiden voyage. The sofa frame is built using 1x2 lumber. The piece that broke was at the back of the seat cushion, when you pull it out you see the frame underneath, my frame was made out of a 1x2 that had a knot that was the full width of the board and would not support any weight to mention at all. The full width of the frame has no support across the entire width of the sofa. I repaired with good 1x2 and made a support that goes from side to side and lets the rear seat portion of the sofa have a place to sit on just like where it sets next to each arm. Those that have these sofas might want to check yours to see if they might need some additional support. I fixed this myself as I wanted to know that it was done right and it was much quicker and much more convenient! But still was a bit disappointing to say the least. Happy Camping Everyone!!!!

Pic of my sofa repair. the pics show the back bottom edge of the seat and the 1x2s that I screwed over the breaks in the frame, and the support I built using 1x2s so that now the rear portion of seat has some support to rest on as the seat does not go back to the ledge at the back of the storage area. All of these sofa seats are just like this.
