Spongy floor

I have a 2014 320RS Columbus that where the 2 slide outs are the main floor is very spongy. I am in Florida right now and will heading back in April

There's been an issue with them, I believe they fix it by reinforcing the floor.

Yep- just got mine back from the factory, gone for about 3 weeks.

They covered all cost-and it's considered a goodwill warranty so they fix any other issues while there.

Contact info of the rep I worked with- I was 1 year out of warranty.
