Stuck Window

I have a 2012 Sabre 34RLQS and one of the windows in the bedroom wont open, I can not get the latch on one side to slide. Any ideas on how to get the stuck latch to slide, I really don't want to drag it 4 hours to the dealer for such a minor item but I have tried numerous times to break it free with no luck....

This may sound odd but have you tried spray cooking oil? Sometimes this works better then the other king of spray lube.

We also have a 2012 Sabre and both bedroom windows were stuck, along with 13 other things that needed fixing under the warranty. When we pick it up couple weeks ago we were told the windows had screws in them to prevent them from moving. It was from factory and hadn't been removed when unpacking and set up for purchase.
