The #s are in

Visited local CAT scale...

2010 Silverado 2500HD Z71 4x4 v8 gasser
Steer Axle 3620 lb
Drive Axle 2920 lb
TOTAL 6560 lb
3/4 tank, alum toolbox, driver only.
GVWR 9200 lb

With 2016 27 foot Puma 5vr
Steer Axle 3640 lb
Drve Axle 4100 lb
Trailer Axle 6420 lb
Total 14160 lb
No liquid in tanks
Kitchen set up
Puma GVWR 8800lb
4400lb per axle
Gross weight 7700lb
TOTAL GVWR 16000lb

Am I good to go?

I agree, looks good.
The only thing I would double check is the door jamb label. It will list what your GVWR is, which it looks like you already know, but will also list what the Front GAWR and Rear GAWR is. These are the two numbers you should not exceed when loaded/hooked up.

Your FAW only went up by 20 lbs, so I seriously doubt you've exceeded anything there. Your RAW jumped up 1200 lbs, though.

Again, you're in a 2500 HD so you should be good. I just happened to have noticed you didn't mention those two numbers.
