Towing a 320RS

I ordered on of these yesterday, and will be towing with a 2012 Ram 2500 CTD. I know there are several people with the same setup, and I'm sure that goes for Chevy/Ford too.

My question is: are you using air bags? If not, does - the Ram in particular - sit level?

Thanks.

I put air bags on my 2012 f250 diesel and when I picked it up at the dealer they had no air in them and the truck and 320rs were level. I will probably need to add some air when loaded.
The sticker weight on my trailer was 11,300.

I inflate my Firestone airbags to 10 to 15 psi. This is enough to keep my headlights level.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems to make sense to go ahead and do this while they are installing the hitch then.

I had issues with my 2012 F250 pulling at night pointing higher than normal. On coming traffic would flash their lights at me as if I had my brights on. I'm weighing at about the same with our Crusader. I tested it this past weekend and found 35 lbs matches the weight I'm carrying and the ride is pretty good.

You can go onto the Columbus Owners Facebook page and ask this question there are about 80 members that all have the 230RS. Join us too!!! A lot of good info on this site and everyone owns a Columbus so any Columbus questions can get answered.

Congrats on the the order!
I had air bags on my 05 Silverado 2500hd but not because it didn't sit level but rather to cushion the bounce or "chucking" we had with our 5er.
I traded the truck and saved them and have yet to install them on my 08 Silverado 2500hd.
