Trailer height

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has measured the height from the bike rack to the top of the 320? I am looking at carrying my small bass boat on the rack and it is 8 feet long. Anyone check that yet?

Dave,

I measured between 8.5' to 9' to roof crown. I couldn't be 100% due to high winds and not being able to hold the tape still.

Thanks Doug. Now for my next question, has anyone that has the bike rack had any issues with weight. I know they rate it at 400lbs, but you know how that goes. Does anyone use it for a good amount of weight, anywhere near the limit?

I haul a dirt bike and mtn bike on mine along with loading ramp. Weighs in around 350lbs total. No issues at all for first 1200 miles.

Sporoo, I have been giving thought of loading a small bass boat on the rack behind my Columbus. Did you ever load and carry yours and if you did how did it work?
