TV lift

We have a Sabre 34reqs. The 32 inch TV lifts up,from behind the fireplace. Usually you just push the button and it goes up. Today we have to hold the button to raise the TV. There is a module behind the TV on the lift mechanism with green and red light it, the green light flashes and if you push the reset button of the module both the green and red light flash. The TV still, goes up and down if you hold the button ,,but it does sound noisy.
Does anybody have any idea what is wrong?

Great question our 32 RLTS is built the same way. How do you gain access to the back area of the TV ? What if the lift fails is there a manual crank ? or bypass ?

Well we figured out what the problem was. I guess DH was pulling fuses on the weekend to try to fix something else. That must have triggered the module to reset. Had to,set up the run of how high the lift should travel up and down. We went to the lippert web site, and they have video on all there stuff.
