Venting and Radio Question

Morning everyone! Saturday we picked up our Big C from the shop having some warranty work done, when they pulled it out to us we noticed damage to the door, steps and grab handle which they fixed or replaced while we waited. They had our unit for a month and still had not fixed everything as requested. Still waiting on back up camera which they said was on order. They had not replaced the decals that were damaged which was the main item they were supposed to fix but they not know the decals were there until I told them that we were advised that they were there when we dropped the unit off. (I'm Venting wink emoticon ) the radio was not receiving and they said it was working fine and I checked it and it was. When I got home I turned the radio on and no radio stations. (Okay I'm done) Alright, I installed my surge protector and while I was in amongst all of the wires I found where the radio antenna went up through a hole and found that it was not hooked up to the antenna. Looks like an extension cable that the antenna cable would plug into so it would reach the radio from the roof. Does anyone know how to get to the antenna cable from the roof and plug it back in to this extension cable?

Thats sad, dealers just don't care all they want to do is sell you the unit, there are way too many like this and forest river should be vetting them.
