The fellow next to us walked on his roof wearing his golf shoes! My wife was speechless. No idea whatever happened to him or his roof as he only stayed the one night, but it can't be good!

He should have taken a drop and the penalty stroke.

Look at it this way he won's slip off the roof even if it is wet.

If the Columbus is anything like the Crusader and Sanibel, the roof is very well built.
This is what we saw when at the factory in Feb. There werre several guys working on the top at one time with no issues.
I wouldn't wear golf shoes though...

Am I the only one that noticed that the factory rep answered the questions of non Columbus owners but ignored the one from the guy who dropped $50k on one?

I know, I know......ask my dealer.

Other than that pic of the roof with a ruler, I have yet to see any info on design specifics. Even with a cutaway view, you still don't get to see dimensions much less engineering drawings. I got a feeling on a public forum, giving out too much info just lets the crows eat it up. Those crows are the competition by the way. You may have better luck asking specific design questions in a private message, email, etc.
