Not saying that way out of shape is normal, but if you could take the doors off the hinges like a normal household door, they would all have a slight curve in them.

Every manufacturer in the industry will tell you that.......that is what is normal.

We see it every day. If it is way out of alignment, they tell us to bend them back. They don't make a solid framed door, they all flex.

2008Wildcat. When we were looking at buying a new trailer there were quite a number with doors that were warped badly enough you had to use 2 hands to open the door from the outside.I feel that this should have been picked up during the factory PDI and repaired/replaced before the trailer left the factory,if not by the dealer before the delivery of the trailer to the customer. It has the appearance the nobody, from the factory to the dealer cares,as long as the product is sold and the money is in the hands of the factory and dealer.I know that you care and do your best to help people deal with their problems.By the way I did contact the factory of my trailer(now 2 years old) and the warped doors continue to this day-a new trailer from the same factory came in last week and the door is warped as bad as mine was(2 hand opener).Well I guess,so much for customer feed back.I do like my trailer now that the problems are repaired(by me).
