We are using out TT for the first time and it was winterized by the dealer
I put the metal rod back in the water heater, turned the switch on and still no hot water.
I flushed all lines and even pressed the relief valve and nothing
Please help

Did you check the bypass valves? If you turned on the electric element in the heater and there was no water in it, you will need to replace the element. It only takes a few seconds to burn it out.

Lets start with checking your bypass valves (as Avid said). A part of dewinterizing is making sure the bypass valves are turned for normal operations. Many HW systems have three valves -two for the intake and outtake lines and one valve on a line between the two. Make sure that third valve connecting the others is closed. If its opened, the hot water mixes with the cold.
