Water leak in 320RS

Hey folks, just wondering if anyone has had a water leak in the bathroom/bedroom area? I just pulled the vanity out and am in the middle of tearing out the floor in the bathroom and part of the bedroom. The main rotted wood is right above the duct in both rooms. I cannot see any water on any of the water lines or drains. That leads me to believe that it is coming from the roof and down the wall and soaking the floor. Has anyone had this problem. The other question is, there is a vent just in front of the skylight. ON the bottom of the vent is a plug in the garage area. Does anyone know what this is for?

Thanks for any help

My 2015 was leaking from the very front corner of the bedroom slide leaving the floor wet up by the head of the bed.

Faucet?

We had a water leak in our 320RS that neither we nor the dealer could find, and it was driving us crazy. All we could see was a puddle about 12 inches wide in the cargo bay and sometimes water on the floor inside the vanity. But it never leaked when we turned on the faucets and looked. Judging by the fact that you said you had rotted wood under the vanity, you may have a leak in the same place we did. It went on sporadically for two years. Eventually, I just took a chance and removed the water supply tubes from the vanity's faucet, wrapped the threads in Teflon plumbers tape and screwed it all back together. Hasn't leaked a drop since. Don't know why the dealer didn't think of this, but they didn't. I don't know if that'll help, but when you put your vanity back in, it might be a good idea to use that Teflon tape on the faucet connections.

Our 2014 320RS leaks from the shower doors that don't seal. We put a shower curtain and rod to fix the problem

The tube you are referring to that runs from the roof to the basement allows you to run wiring for solar panels or satellite antenna that you might mount on the roof in the future.

I have a 2015 320rs...had small puddle in storage bay, under shower area. Turned out it was an anti-syphon valve. In the wall behind shower hot-cold knows. Just a cheap valve. I removed it.plugged line. No more leak.
