Question Water pump location?

In my Palomino Puma 253-FBS I have been unable to locate the water pump. I can only hear out of one ear, so I have trouble trying to localize the direction of the sound.

I have no immediate need to access the pump, but past experience tells me that I will eventually need to get to it.

Don't have your model but look for cabinet panels that don't open and have a hinge opposite the two normal "swinging" hinges. My water pump and hot water heater are behind panels like this so kids cannot access them by mistake. Remove the screws from that third hinge and the panel should open like any other cabinet door.
No telling what you might find.

I also do not have or know your model, but my onboard water punp in our 2012 Silverback is located in the water servicing compartment (left side) behaid a folding panel.

And Yes you probably will have to access it at some future time. I posted sometime ago that I had a small water leak in the compartment where the pump is and couldn't locate.

I finally found that the pump has a round plastic cover that holds a filter element and the cover had loosened slightly and was leaking just enought to form a small puddle on the compartment floor.

The pump manual also tells you to remove and clean this filter from time to time - so if your pump is like mine you will have to get to this filter. My filter is located on the back side of the pump as it is mounted.

Yes you will have to access it sooner that later when u winterize since there's most likely a water filter right next to your pump that will need to be removed before winterization process.
There's a very good chance it's close to where you fill water tank or connect city water supply.

I don't have a 5th wheel but I do have a puma. Mine is under the kitchen sink tucked back near the wall. There is a board that is in front of it to shield some of the noise.

Thumbs up Pump Location SOLVED

Thanks guys,

I found it. It was behind a panel, under the kitchen sink.

There is a wire screen on the pump inlet, but no other type of filter. I'll probably add one eventually, but it isn't a real high priority.
