Can you please explain exactly where you were able to find the water pump. I have been looking everywhere as well on my unit. Pictures would be helpful...

It is behind the basement wall right behind the convenience center. The middle panel of the back wall is held in by 4 screws, it comes off, and the pump is right there on the right
