What is this connection?

Does any one know what the hose connection under the TV/SAT conector is? Thinking it is grey flush or black flush for rear tank. 2014 Columbus 385bh.

My guess is that is your winterization/antifreeze connection.
Did you find a tube with a 45 degree screw on connector it?

I would say the "Black Tank Flush" label is in the wrong place.

Yea, times 2. The black tank flush sticker is in the wrong place.

The left inlet can't be both a fresh water inlet AND a black tank flush.

Why not?

I ask because I am not sure.

I would like to see a picture of the valves above those connections and the labels for them.

I think you're not seeing the whole picture!
The top is cut off.
That box you can just see the bottom of at the top of the photo
is the city water inlet and fresh tank fill.
Those 2 hose connections that you can see are probably what
they say they are--
black flush and winterize hookup.

That's my guess! I don't have one of them so can't tell for sure......

On mine the connection for filling the water tank and the black flush are the same size.
The one in question is far smaller and looks to be the same size as my winterization connection.

I would say the two side by side connections are for black tank flushes front and back as it seems you have two black tanks. The one you are asking for, I think is the winterize hook up.

Could possibly be a second black tank flush since there's two bathrooms on that bunk house would have been nice of the people at the factory to put a label on it

The inlet would have to go to two different places, one a black tank and one to your drinking water. Bad idea.

I did not realize there were more inlets above the two pictured.

Not inlet, valves.

Mine.

The little black cover in this first one is where my AF pickup tube screws on.

Sorry man, that is very confusing...

I hope someone can help you figure it all out.
My 5th wheel is much simpler.

I wondered why I made the PDI guy repeat this part....

Oh...
The tree valve bypass valve system is under the fridge.

WOW! look at all that wasted space! they could`ve easily made it half as small and stacked everything right on top of each other LOL! seriously, they could have laid it out a bit better!

How about a garden hose hookup? maybe for washing something farther away than the outside shower can reach?
